ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT

WASTE CHARACTERISATION

Focus can screen materials in-situ with an INNOV-X Delta Series x-ray fluorescence analyser (XRF) and a Photoionisation Detector (PID) to give on the spot indications of heavy metal, and volatile organic compound contamination, prior to collecting samples for chemical analysis. This can allow contractors to make early decisions on material quality, handling and/or disposal requirements and reduces down time.
